新品だったのですね。
新しいとは書かれていましたXPと書いてあるので、新品とは思いませんでした。
失礼いたしました。

でもそうなると、タバコじゃないですね。

ヒロさんのパソコンの製品番号を教えてください。

パソコンの裏に書かれているはずです。

ヒロさんのパソコンの状況です。

詳しい方はアドバイスねがいます。

症状は
ウインドウズ（XP）立ち上げ時に「ようこそ」のあとで

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut doun to prevent damage to your computer.

BAD_POOL_CALLER

If this is first time you've seen this stop error screen.
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps :

Chack to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new instllation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

パソコンはDELLの　LATITUDE　E５５００で　オリジナルはVISTAのノートですがそれにXPのSP3がインストールされているようです。

その為、リカバリー領域とかは用意されていないようです。

ブートをCDにしてウインドウズを再インストールしようとすると下記の画面になり再インストールもできません。

restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated.

Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

Technical infoemation:

*** STOP: 0x00000007B(0xF78D2524,0xC0000034,0X000000000,0x00000000)

全部の意味はわかりませんが、ウイルスの感染又はハードドライブに問題がある、という意味だと思われます。

しかし取り外せる　ハードドライブはメインのHDDだけですしセーフモードでの立ち上げもできません。

F8　でセーフモードで立ち上げようとしても通常の起動の時と同様、ようこその後で青画面になってしまいます。

内臓のメモリーが１Gと２Gの二つ入っていたので、はずしてそれぞれを一個ずつ装着して起動してみましたが、変化なしです。

ブルースクリーンのタイミングからすると、私はメモリのエラーと
思います。２枚あるのならどっちか片方で、リカバリーとか出来ま
せんかねえ。それとも他のメモリを挿してみるとか？どうでしょう。

OSがXPって事は、ソフト開発会社にリースされていたものかなぁ？

ハードディスクは相当痛んでますね…

掲示板にこんなのがありましたけど…

I had the same problem with a Dell Optiplex 330. I received the
STOP 0x0000007B(0xF78DA63C,0x0000034,0X x0000000,0x0000000 error message if I booted with Windows XP. I resolved the issue by the following actions

1. On start up (Dell logo), press F2 to enter BIOS

2. Expand the "Drives" section

3. Go to "SATA Operation"

4. Change this from "RAID Auto/AHCI" to "RAID Auto/ATA"

Hi, I too just registered in order to say a big thanks for this piece of information.
I have spent many hours in frustration trying to figure out why my PC blue screen crashes during the start of the Windows Setup from DVD.
I followed the advice about the Drive Operation and this allowed the setup program to run fine.

メモリーはまず、ヒロさんのパソコンに入っていた二枚のメモリーを交互に入れ替えてみましたが結果はおなじでした。

他にも私がPC-2　6400　200pin DIMMを持っていたので、それも試しましたが同じです。

たくさんのをやってみました。

出てくる状況が少し違いますが、 "SATA Operation"　に入りオプションをAHCI"からATAに変更しましたが、結果は上記の"
